On September 28, 2019, the second converter of the EPC Steelmaking project undertaken by WISDRI in Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Complex of Vietnam, was successfully commissioned, which also marked the startup of all supporting facilities like primary gas electrostatic precipitator, secondary dedusting system, dedusting system of refining units and water treatment system.

The Hoa Phat Dung Quat project covers overall planning consultation of Dung Quat steel base and general contracting of raw material yard, steelmaking and water treatment system, in which independent core processes, equipment technologies and high-level project construction capabilities of China are used to build green steel industry together with the local forces. The steel-making EPC project includes 4 sets of 120t converters.

WISDRI is making persistent efforts to establish its high-quality brand image in the metallurgical market in ;“Belt & Road” countries.
