WISDRI Won the Bidding for EAF Intelligent Control Center Project of BAOWU-Xinyu Steel

As part of the EAF green-oriented upgrading project of Xinyu Steel, the intelligent control center package was won by WISDRI. It is the first time that WISDRI has engaged in compact-process intelligent manufacture, adding practical experience to our growing business portfolio of digitalization.

The intelligent control center serves as a whole-process digital factory, taking charge of electric arc furnace steelmaking, steel refining, continuous casting, high-speed wire rod production, quality bar production and auxiliary facilities, where central operation and control are carried out by means of intelligent, automatic technologies.

Centering around the intelligent manufacture in steel production, WISDRI has been devoted to the development of industrial Internet, artificial intelligence and digital twin in recent years. Based on WISDRI DiPlant, a smelting-rolling integration platform was applied to the captioned control center, realizing digital liquid steel, digital billet and digital rolled steel for Xinyu Steel.
